Josefina Bressan is nutritionist from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Associate Professor level IV da Universidade Federal de Viçosa where it operates since 1983. She is coordinator of the graduate program in Nutrition Science in the period 2001 to 2006 and 2008 until today and permanent faculty member in the graduate program in food science and technology. She is a member of the American Society of nutrition, the Brazilian society of food and nutrition and the Editorial Board of Revista Española de food and dietetics (Spain) and the American Journal of clinical nutrition. She acts in the area of nutrition, with emphasis in dietetics and nutrition biochemistry.
