Dr. Todorov received his Biotechnology and Industrial Microbiology degree at the Sofiiski Universitet Kliment Ohridsky, Bulgaria. He has experience in the field of Microbiology with an emphasis in applied microbiology, working mainly on the following themes: lactic acid bacteria, bacteriocins, Lactobacillus plantarum, optimization and fermented products. Currently, dr. Todorov is a visiting researcher in the Departament of Veterinary from UFV.
