Dr. Call received his wildlife management degree at the Washington State University, Pullman, WA. Dr. Call is a professor of molecular epidemiology in the Paul G. Allen School for Global Animal Health (WSU). He studies zoonotic disease, antibiotic resistance and the interface between human and animal health in developing countries.
