Dr. Bazolli received her nutrition degree in Brazil at the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (UFOP). Denise is currently an Associate Professor in the UFV Department of Microbiology. She has experience in the area of molecular genetics of microorganisms and their searches are directed on the study of filamentous fungi of industrial interest; in molecular typing and in the study of regulation of gene expression of pathogenic bacteria of animals.
