
Dr. Nero received his veterinarian degree in Brazil at the Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL). Luís is currently an Associate Professor in UFV, Department of Veterinary, and he has experience in the area of food science, with emphasis on food microbiology, working mainly on the following themes: microbial interactions in milk (microbial antagonism), microbiological quality control (foodstuffs of animal origin) and evaluation of rapid methods used in food microbiology.
