Dr. Ueti is a researcher from USDA-ARS-ADRU in Pullman, WA, USA, developing cooperative studies with the Paul G. Allen School for Global Animal Health (WSU). He obtained his degree in veterinary medicine from Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL), and his research focuses on tick-borne diseases that cause persistent infection. The goal of his laboratory is to identify strategies to control pathogens spreading via tick-vector.
